Smile 4 Therapy offers supervision sessions for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT therapists. These sessions are led by experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and focus on making sure that therapy plans are effectively supporting the child’s development.
supervision
During supervision, therapists work closely with families to review treatment plans, address any new challenges, and make necessary adjustments to improve therapy outcomes. These sessions also provide guidance on the application of ABA methods and help therapists fine tune their techniques to meet the child’s developing needs. With feedback from families, we make sure that the therapy remains responsive and effective.
tracking plays
Data tracking plays an important role in the supervision process. By collecting and interpreting behaviour and program data, we can assess whether the therapy plan is working and make informed decisions about necessary changes. This approach makes sure that the therapy continues to meet the child’s needs and helps encourage ongoing progress.
